This is an excellent reason to get out the strong pieces when we cookIs it true that we eat more when the food doesn’t really taste of anything?

Yes! Use the spices in your cupboard when you cook and you are likely to eat smaller portions of the food you prepare! Your food will taste fantastic and as an extra bonus you can loose some weight!

The reason why fast food is so popular is that the food doesn’t taste of very much”.
This statement comes from the Danish professor and brain researcher Verne Moeller. His results shows that because fast food has a very subtle taste people feel they need “another bite”. In other words; if the food we eat doesn’t taste of very much we have a tendency to eat more of it.This is an excellent reason to get out the strong pieces when we cook & a wonderful way to discover new food & flavors
