1) Too much sleep.
If you sleep too much it will actually make you even more tiered.
2) Too little exercise!
If you don't get enough exercise you will feel more tiered.
3) Lighting indoors!
Bad indoor lighting can have a negative effect on your energy levels.
4) Dehydration.
Make sure you get enough water when you run around town ticking off things on your "Wedding To Do List". You will feel much better and energized if you remember to drink water during the day.
5) Unbalance food.
Nutritious food is a must to keep you energy up. Make sure you get a good diet with lots of fruit and vegetable leading up to your wedding. As an extra bonus you will look healthier too and you may even loose a few kilos.
