Here is a charming and sweet way to combine a simple DIY wedding place card and a small DIY wedding favor.

The place card is made out of a small piece of white card with the guests name on, a gorgeous small DIY packet of “forget-me-not” flower seeds and a little tag which says "Grow The Love". It looks lovely if the card is simply laid on top of the napkin or tied onto the napkin with a bit of string or ribbon.  

I love this idea is so sweet, different and thoughtful!
