Here is how the flags are made:
Simply print out the PDF file onto a white piece of paper.
Cut the flags out with a pair of scissors.
Cut pieces of dowel (5mm diameter) to a length of 240mm or longer if you wish.
Finish you flag by adding glue to the inside (white side) of each flag and folding the flag in half around the dowel.
