A summer classic - Sweet and golden cupcakes with blueberries.
Makes 12 delicious cupcakes that look irresistible and are super easy to make.
4.4 oz granulated sugar (125gram)
4.4 oz white flour (125 gram)
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
4.4 oz butter (125 gram)
4.4 oz Blueberries
Mix sugar and egg with an electric beater. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and butter and mix well until the batter is light & fluffy. Gently add the blueberries to the batter but leave about 20 berries aside.
Line a cupcake baking tray with cupcake paper liners and fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full.
Bake the cupcakes in the oven 20-25 minutes at 345 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) in total. After approximately 10 minutes baking time take out the cupcakes and add the berries which were left aside. Simply place a couple of berries on top of each cupcake and return the cupcakes to the oven. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cupcakes are light golden.
